Elite 1585 Custom 12-String

This is a custom built Elite Supershallow 12-String.   The sound is as good as the looks.  The first eye-catcher is the beautiful Curly Maple top finished in sunburst.  The top is bound in 5-ply with a distinctive red stripe.  The supershallow bowl and cutaway make this an unbelievably comfortable instrument to play and the Optima pre-amp is my favorite.  But the customization gets really interesting from the neck up.  The neck and fingerboard are Adamas II.  The fingerboard is walnut with maple inlays.  The walnut faced gloss headstock sports the distinctive Adamas logo and binding.  The gloss neck is a medium V-shape.  The clarity and projection from this 12-string is amazing.  Definitely one of the most beautiful guitars I own.
