Adamas II  6-String

Shown below is a 1983 Adamas II model 1681-5 which has incredible tone.  Compared to some other Adamas examples, this one has "it".  The textured black finish contrasts nicely with the fine wood epaulets, walnut fingerboard and gloss headstock/neck.  The Adamas II guitars (6-string and 12-string) followed the introduction of the original Adamas and featured the same basic design and materials, but without some of the deluxe ornamentation.   The composite fiber soundboard, scalloped bracing and beautiful wood epaulets surrounding the soundholes are shared with the original Adamas.  The pickup and electronics are the 2 walnut knob configuration with stereo output.  All textured top Adamas are good, this one is just REALLY good.  Click HERE for specifications.
